Adil Behramaj, adviser to President Thaci, has said that with the current government composition, Albin Kurti has exacerbated the executive, turning the country into a single-party government.
In a Facebook post, Behramaj has said that Kurti, despite the fact that he was dismissed with 2/3 of the deputies' votes, is not accepting the will of the representatives of the people.
The Kurti with the departure of the leading LDK people had also usurped Government, turning it into a one-party government. In a state of parliamentary democracy, he is trying to install monism with only 26.2% of the vote. On the other hand, despite having been dismissed with the votes of 2/3 of MPs, he is not even accepting this will of the representatives of the people”, Behraj wrote.

Even the current composition of the downloaded government is forging the will of citizens expressed in the October 6th elections. As he is trying to usurp the competencies of the Parliament and the President, Kurt at the departure of the leading LDK people had also usurped the government, turning it into a party government. In a state of parliamentary democracy, he is trying to install monism with only 26.2% of the vote. On the other hand, despite having been dismissed with the votes of 2/3 of MPs, he is not even accepting that will of the representatives of the people. So Kurt is claiming to stand at the head of the government, rejecting any previous constitutional and legal procedure for the appointment of a new government.
This country, issued from the 6 October elections, has a threefold-greater legitimacy than Albin Kurti.
If his legal experts assess that during the new government's appointment procedure, Kosovo's Constitution is violated, the open-handed Constitutional Court awaits them. But, unfortunately, they don't care about constitutionality, and his government has witnessed this by violating not only the Constitution but also the Constitutional Court's decision!
We were told a lot about the capture of institutions earlier. But this is the most unprecedented grasp of executive power in the history of democracy and institutional life in the Republic of Kosovo!
With Kurti's tempomatic language, each capture was derived from “Adagio and Andante” in “Allegro”.
