American test discovers coronarys in Kosovo within minutes

These rapid tests have recently been approved by the US Food and Bars Administration.

With their use, samples do not have to be sent to the central laboratory for analysis, but tests can be done directly at health care clinics, which significantly reduce the waiting time and increase the possibility of prevention.

This test has so far had a widespread application in Asian countries, the U.S.A. and now even in Europe, as it is considered a free and rapid measure of prevention and identification of people with this virus.

The first samples of this product have now reached both Kosovo and Albania.

An amount of samples for pilot testing in Kosovo have been handed over to the Ministry of Health, exactly the relevant department for pharmaceutical supplies, in order to use and test infected patients, or even persons who are allegedly infected to see results and compare the current method currently being used officially in Kosovo.

Rector UBT's, Prof. Dr. Edmond Hayriz stressed that these samples have come to Kosovo for the first time.

However, according to him, if viewed as reasonable professionally by Kosovo health institutions, it could then start with a supply of more and more large amounts in the short term.

“We are in the most critical time where it is most effective and efficient to use the institutional capacities and international co-operation we have, because only so do we have a greater impact on preventing and reducing the spread of the virus, while one of the critical factors is the number, distribution and speed of tests”, the potential Rector Hajrizini.

The first amount of rapid tests has been enabled thanks to UBT co-operation with international partners, as well as representatives of the Albanian Diaspore in the US, where investments have also created more prestigious commando-co-operation bridges, through which a supply channel with these priority tests of Kosovo and Albania has been created.
