Albanian expert from Italy talks 5G impact on human health

After much debate that sparked the issue of the 5G implications in people's health, and especially from the people who linked it directly to Coronavirus' disease, the renowned Albanian engineer in Italy, Lady Piper has explained in detail what impact the fifth generation's internet has on the human body. By explanation [...]
According to his explanation, installation of 5 G doesn't have a negative effect on people's health. He even says that the old network, this current 3G and 4G, is suspected to be harmful, while it dispels doubts because the fifth generation only increases speed, not even wave power.
Next we have the complete Piper explanation:
I can talk for more than an hour about this topic... I'll try to express myself briefly, and I hope clearly what I know and think. 5G comes as a result of technological development stages on the speed of transmission for the mobile network. The speed of the signals can be measured in Km/h as we do for cars is actually measured in Hz (such as waves per second). 5G (or 5th Generation) is a result of increased speed from first 1G technology (up to 30KHz speed), 2G (or GSM, up to 200 KHz speed), 3G (or UMT) S, GPRS, EDGE to 5 MHz speed, 4G (up to 20 MHz) and 5G (from 1GHz to 300GHz). Just to give me two GHz = 1,000,000,000 Hz = 1,000,000,000 waves units per second. So it's obvious that the 5G network is at least 1,000 times faster than previous generations 4G, 3G and 1,000,000 times faster than 1G, 2G. So the speed of this network can cover any technological demand mankind currently has. Let's get to the part that many people may be most interested in, the effects on health. I'm beginning to explain by saying that network 5G is less harmful to health than previous networks, and that's why: Another important character of the radio signal is the power besides speed. Power is defined as part of the energy the signal contains to reach a certain distance. The energy that the signal is carrying is also closely linked to speed. So a low-speed signal needs more transmission power to reach distant distances. While a high-speed signal doesn't need much transmission power to get away. What does most harm to human health is not speed (Hz) but the power of transmission. Another important element is antenna. The higher the frequency, the smaller the transmission antenna. So for the 5G network, it's possible to use even smaller antennas and less powerful than for the courses of 4G,3G... and this is in vantage on people's health effects. So what it says about the 5G network that damages health is the fantasy of the uninvented”, says Lady Piper, the renowned electronics engineer, employed in Italy.
