The Ministry of Health has assigned citizens the movement, allowing them to come out for 90 minutes a day on the basis of the previous issue of identification. But, the ministry allows employees to come out at any time, as long as they are equipped with a certificate issued by the Kosovo Tax Administration, which is called “employee's procedure”.
The certificate serves as a circulation permit only under the work tasks.
About 200 thousand employees can move freely through Kosovo for various jobs.
The number of employee certificates, downloaded from the ATK electronics system, is 1,197 piece of”, Tax Administration spokeswoman Valentina Bytyqi-Sefa told news.
Meanwhile, the Kosovo Tax Administration, based on the commission of the Ministry of Economy, Labour, Trade, Industry, Strategic Investments, (MEPTINIS), on March 23rd 2020, had started sending via email the form of proof for free movement of businesses, which are registered according to NACE KODIT, listed in the above-mentioned ordinance.
The “Framework for free movement” needs to be filled in with the data required for the firm/subjection and for each employee whose free movement is required, along time limit in the emergency state of public health.
The first more coronavirus cases in Kosovo have been identified on March 13th, which followed the suspension of instruction in all educational institutions and the closure of certain activities, as preventative measures for the spread of corruption.
