This has also been confirmed by Health Ministry spokesman Faik Hoti.
He has said the ministry has conveyed to them the conditions under which these doctors and nurses are allowed to enter the territory of the Republic of Kosovo.
The MS request has been made for 10 doctors and 4 nurses, and MS has forwarded the relevant conditions in which these doctors and nurses can be allowed to enter Kosovo”, Hoti said.
In response, it is explained that they will remain temporarily in Kosovo, and only health professionals will be allowed to monitor the situation with COVID-19, in certain areas, but not even to work.
“According to legislation in effect of the Republic of Kosovo, access and stay temporarily in Kosovo are allowed only those health professionals from Serbia, who can only monitor the situation with COVID-19 in certain areas, but not even work. They submit to the process of verification and monitoring by competent Kosovo institutions before entering Kosovo. If the same comply with these criteria, their temporary position in Kosovo may be allowed, on the contrary, not”, says at the end of the response.
We remember that the very issue of Serbian doctors who have entered Kosovo is again covered today, as the same have not been subject to quarantine, as asked to be done with AKR deputy Behgjet Pacolli.
