The numerous championships have been postponed, with football being hit hard, with clubs losing millions of euros from tickets and television rights.
In Europe, football is playing only in Belarus, and in other countries players are being trained at home, waiting for the season to continue.
German giant Locomotive from Leipzig has come up with an excellent idea to raise funds to help the club get out of the crisis.
The German club has planned an imaginary match to be played on May 8th, and tickets to that match have already been put on sale.
Their aim is to sell 120 thousand tickets, and so far, 110 thousand of them have sold.
The ticket price is just one euro, a symbolic aid from fans, but great for the club to survive this crisis.
