Acting Health Minister Arben Vitita has announced the amount of fines with which all violators of new and new measures will be punished on 15 April.
He has made it known that these measures will be in force at least until May 4th, while these measures will be revised for their gradual removal.
“Disobedience to the Health Ministry's decisions on preventing the spread of coronary will be fined by money from 1,000 to 2,000 euros per physical person, and between 3,000 and 8,000 euros for legal persons, while the legal person responsible is sentenced to 500 to 1500 euros. The same decision is valid from the signing day and is valid until May 4th 2020, and with the entry into force of this decision abolished any previous provision that conflicts with the provisions of this decision. This decision will be reviewed by the MSH in co-ordination with the IKSPH, the respective ministers and experts to decide on the continuation or not of these measures that were cited”, Minister Vitita said.
