Xhemaili speaks from China and tells how they defeat the coronavirus

Blerim Xhemaili decided to leave Italian football in January to move to China to the Shenzhen team.

Albanian midfielder like everyone else in China has suffered from the coronavrus pandemic, after staying locked in his house.

And until normality has been restored to most cities in China, Europe continues to suffer from the effects of this pandemic.

In an interview with Corriere dello Sport, the Albanian midfielder shows how Chinese managed to overcome this disease that has claimed the lives of over nine thousand people worldwide.

“Kinna was able to beat this damn virus. They were very skilled, from the first patient to have been infected, closed in, emptied cities, and today the results show that this pandemic has been successfully passed”, Xhemaili said.

Former Bologists member Montreal Impact, Zurich, Bolton, Naples and Galatasaray has also appealed to European states to take China as an example to overcome this virus.

This virus has now spread to Europe and my mind is also in Italy and Switzerland. Both these two countries and other Europeans must behave like China to defeat this pandemic”, Xhemaili said.

The 33-year-old has said that the closure of everyone in quarantine has worked in China, and this should also work in European states.

To preserve life, someone has to sacrifice. Everyone here made great sacrifices and did it. This should also work in Europe”, Albanian midfielder concluded.
