A view of Florian Mark's training with his girlfriend in quarantine

Renowned Albanian boxer Florian Marku has posted a video on Facebook, being trained from his London home and advising citizens to do the same, and when the situation ends they will see the results.

In the video posted, Mark is shown training with his fiancée, Erini Konomi.

Even though he takes a few handfuls out of it, Florian comes out laughing, a rare thing for a champion like him, because when it comes to the ring against true opponents, everyone has seen for themselves what he is like.

Day 10 of quarantine here in London. How are you spending your time in the house? Exercise, now more than ever you can use house time in your favor, doing your best, the results will be great after this whole situation is over. I am personally using it as a preparation phase by training each day, several times within the day with Eirini Konomi.
