The 24-year-old pushed the judge, Michael Lesagne, after co-player and former Chelsea midfielder Tieoue Bakayoko was expelled red for dangerous intervention in the 32nd minute, broadcast Periscope.
The Ligue 1 Disciplinary Commission has now made the decision to suspend it for six months from football, following action labeled as “brutal”.
That means the season for Martins is already over.
