Today, 19,03.2020 at the IKSHPK Medieval Microbiology laboratory with RT- The PCR, 16 suspicious samples of the SARS-CoV-2 virus have been tested, and all are negative.
From the date 08,02,2020 to 19,03,20, at the Moldovan microbiology laboratory in IKSHPK with the RT- The PCR, a total of 335 suspicious samples in the SARS-CoV-2 virus have been tested, and of them, a total of twenty cases have resulted in positive.
A total of 2,597 calls have been accepted at the call centre so far, while 553 phone calls have been accepted in the last 24 hours.
Between 01.02,2020 and 19,03,20 at the International Airport “Adem Jashari”, as well as at land crossings, a total of 14,442 travelers have been dedicated. At the “Adem Jashari” 1,015 travellers, Merdare 4.882, Vermica 3.832, Jarinje 929, White Landy 891, Hani of Elez 1,430, Tower 822, Qafe Morine 47, Brnjak 414, Qafe Prush 35, Muchibabah 144 and Grlobica 1 traveler.
Kosovo's National Public Health Institute (IKSHPK) is watching with increased vigilance the epidemiological situation with COVID-19, monitoring all cases of contacts and those recommended for domestic self-issolation.
QRSHP teams in relevant regions are on the ground and are contacting contacts of positive cases with COVID-19 for strict oversight for 14 days, recommending that individuals be self-solated and those with symptoms be notified at the infectious clinic.
In the IKKPK over 24 hours are constantly being contacted and monitored by all case contacts, as well as contact contacts due to self-issuance and seek medical assistance if they have symptoms.
