Kosovo police have provided details to the person who was arrested near the home of President Thaci.
Police spokesman Bucky Kelani has said the person in question belongs to the Serb community, and that the same was arrested during the time he was driving his drunk car.
According to Kelan, he was arrested at the location where he had shown signs of hatred.
“These actions, the suspect, had repeated several times, until it was stopped by the police unit which at that location provides an official personality object”, Kelani said.

By 28.03.2020 around 15:55, on Stefan Nemanja Street in Qaglavica, the Bosnian Serb suspect I has been detained and arrested. L. (1989).
The suspect has been in a drunken state running his car, where he had shown signs of hatred in that location.
These actions, the suspect had repeated several times, until it was stopped by the police unit which at that location provides an object of official personality.
During the car search, a knife - cutting vehicle has been found by police officials.
A decision on the detention of the suspected person has been issued in consultation with the custody prosecutor for 48 hours.
