Reka, who referred to the Constitutional Court act in 2019 for assessing the constitutionality of Law No. 06/L-145 for the tasks, responsibilities and competencies of the State Delegation of the Republic of Kosovo in the Dialogue Process with Serbia, the prime minister said he has the ability to direct dialogue with Serbia.
But, Thaci's adviser explains that in this subject handled by the Constitutional Court, the issue was just assessing the constitutionality of the competencies stemming from this law towards the competencies of the Parliament, the Government and the prime minister, not against the president's constitutional competencies.
If questions are changed and asked by the Constitutional Court to assess the constitutionality of the president and prime minister's competencies in foreign policy, then the answer is completely changed!”, Behramaj said.

This minister, Blerim Reka, who tonight gave himself the right to speak on behalf of the Republic of Kosovo for the “mistakes” of America, was the largest collector of political parties' books in our entire region. Very flexible and easily integrated everywhere. But it was even easier for him to suffer from delinquency. Unfortunately, however, now hardly happy to have ended up in the Ministry of European Integration.
With what was publicly known to him, which you want and don't believe, he has so far changed 14 political parties.
In Kosovo it had initially been part of the LKJ, after that of the UJDI, then the LDK, The PDK, AKR, AAK and is now stationed in Vetevendosje Movement.
In Macedonia it had been part of the PPD, after that of the DPA, once became DUI, then VMRO, LSDM, EUSA and at the end of A LENCA.
As part of these 14 political parties, he had sometimes been actively involved and at times even political advisers of their leaders.
But the changing political parties had no single obsession. He was given much after the change of ties and Midianites, mainly after each official meeting, up to 4-5 times within a day.
