The accused with the date 02.02.20 is unauthorized, has purchased and possessed narcotic substance of the type “mariah” in weight of 1 kilogram and 200 gram, which has been found at his home in the village of Kabash of the Year, during the raid by the same police officials has been seized along with a scale, Kosovo reports
The accused's “With these actions has committed criminal work “acquisition, possession, distribution and unauthorized sale of narcotics, psychotrope and analogo” acting sanctioned with the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK)” is said in communiqué.
The chairman of the court has issued a verdict with which he has approved the guilty's plea, while sentence pronounced in prison and fines, has assessed in line with the weight of criminal work, since the same is a recivilization of these acts.
Also issued has been the act of decision with which the defendants continue the detention measure until the integrity of the trial, but no longer than the stated sentence.
The sides have the right to appeal to this decision at the Court of Appeals.
