Northern Macedonia has recently taken new measures at the time when it is facing the body of Coronervirus.
In the new measures released by the government, there is also the mention of the salaries of private sector workers whose state will provide them for two months.
New measures:
One. Minimum pay for April and May, provided by the state, for every employee of private firms affected by the crisis
For all private companies hit by the crisis, the government will help pay a minimum net wage (14,500 denars) for the months of April and May. Signatures themselves will pay contributions for salaries as well as personal taxes. It also stands in the right of firms to have its employees pay higher than their minimum.
Two. The monthly salary (full pay) and those who were left without jobs due to the crisis, at 50% of the average wage of employees.
For citizens who have been unemployed due to the crisis, the state will pay a monthly salary of 50% of the average net monthly salary for the past 24 months, according to Article 68 of the employment and insurance law in unemployment cases respectively. When a solution is clearly explained to workers who are unemployed.
Three. All officials, leaders go to minimum wage
All officials and elected and local and appointed leaders -- MPs, prime minister, deputy prime ministers, ministers, mayors, directors, judges and prosecutors -- will gain a minimum wage of 14,500 denars for the months of April and May.
Four. All public sector employees go to minimum wage
Those employed in what is considered a public sector, the public administration at the central and local level will receive a minimum net wage of 14,500 denars for the months of April and May.
It is important to note that this measure does not refer to doctors, employees and medical personnel and assistants, policemen and soldiers and those working with and around them to help manage the Corona virus.
In such cases, solidarity is often required. To endure two months, in solidarity, at the minimum wage, to the extent of allowing the economy to collapse and to have consequences for all.
Five. Mayors and members of municipal councils, public institutions' governing and supervisory boards will work without compensation
Six. 7,000 denars in the family for unemployed persons or those who were part of the informal economy
For those who have lost their jobs or have been part of the informal economy, we offer a rapid return to the social protection system for the months of April and May. They will receive, on average, 7,000 denars per family.
Also, with the support of existing social protection beneficiaries, we can provide an additional fee for energy assistance for the months of April and May.
Seven. completion law stopped until the end of June
Law enforcement results or stops by the end of June. Masters will require that they stop taking action to complete.
Eight. Credit Push
Banks will extend all loans to citizens and crisis-hit businesses for three months. That means the April tranche will be paid in July.
Nine. Releasing social residence users from rent
The social residence rent will free all residents of these apartments and will also free citizens and firms who paid a job space from the Directorate for residential and business space. That is true for the next three months while we wait for the crisis to last.
I recommend all private businessmen renting space to do the same thing, to postpone and remain in solidarity in these months, I believe they can resist the rent they give their clients, which will show great solidarity.
)10. Additional credit without interest to companies of this $6m
The Bank for Development of Northern Macedonia, in addition to 5.7m, will issue an additional 6m euros without interest to companies under more general conditions, and interest will be covered by the government.
11? 50m euros of new loans through commercial banks
Furthermore, the Development Bank of Northern Macedonia will issue 50m euros in loans to commercial banks worth between 3,000 and 90,000 euros, with a general interest rate that does not exceed 1%, at the moment it is negotiating for 1% to 1.5%. The 1% risk is accepted and the growth bank's spending of 0.5% will be covered by the government, with the ultimate goal being the cheapest loans maximized.
Twelve. By legal decree firms are barred from default during crisis time
Whether the case is initiated by a creditor, debtor or the bankrupt company itself. This is to prevent eventual predestination of bankruptcy. Unacceptable in such a crisis.
Thirteen. Help for media workers and media homes
For all information tools, media houses, the government will provide assistance -- from a minimum wage of 14,500 denars for employees -- for months of April and May.
1414. Help for athletes and artists
For all sports workers employed in sports associations, the government will provide a minimum wage of 14,500 denars for the months of April and May.
All 141 independent artists will receive a minimum wage for April and May, as well as contributions through the Ministry of Culture.
Fifteen. The greatest opportunity for pensioners, disabled persons, and pregnant women
According to citizens ' frequency, between 7 and 9 o'clock in the morning, marquete and drugs will be able to buy only pensioners, disabled persons, and pregnant women.
If it proves that a company or an individual has created additional benefits at the expense of the health of citizens using this crisis, the government can take a secret to nationalism.
