Mustafa has said this decision can only be taken by two-thirds of the Parliament's deputies, rather than by the government.
His full reaction:
The decision on limiting human rights and freedoms can only take two-thirds of MPs, not the Government. Otherwise the Constitution is violated, no matter who it is they voted in and under what circumstances. So the government should reconsider its decision and address the status quo. IM
