Mustafa has said US-Kosovo relations have entered a delicate and critical phase. He says the LDK has been clearly declared for the unconditional removal of the fee, meanwhile for reciprocity to be agreed with the US and the EU, depending on Serbia's behaviour. This is the LDK position and voice, he wrote on Facebook.
He says he has sent a senior LDK official to negotiate directly with Ambassador Greenell to be informed of President Thaci and Vuci's recent meeting in Washington and presented the LDK's positions.
Meanwhile, Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has been declared to have no formal knowledge of such a thing.
