According to this operator, any deviation of the area that covers our country's electromagnetic system is considered our diversion and COSTT's.

After the Constitutional Court's decision to suspend the decision that the cost of supply in the north is billed to citizens, COSTT from 2 December 2017 has not made the purchase of energy for covering losses for the supply of northern Kosovo. For the coverage of this consumption, electricity continues to withdraw from the continental European Electronic System.
COMM STT has reported to the paper that 577.649 megawat for hours of electricity, or about 29m euros, have been withdrawn from the European intercontact system. This debt was made for December 2, 2017, until March 1, 2020.
