So the Spanish daily “Marca” has started contact with trainers, former trainers and former footballers to learn the best formation they've been playing with, while yesterday it was Portuguese turn Jose Mourinho to style the 11 best among the hundreds of players he's trained.
“The special one” used its favorite alignment, 4-2-3-1, to put the top 11 under it, while it is worth noting that from the 2010 TripletCHA Inter, Portuguese has included only one footballer, Bulgarian captain Javier Zaenti.
A large part of Mourinho's best formation are former Chelsea players, the team that Portuguese has led twice, with names like Cech, Carvalho, Terry, Gallas, Lambard, Hazard and Drogba.
There's no shortage of players Mourinho trained during the time he ran the Madrid Real, starting with his patriot Cristiano Ronaldo, to come up with names like Makelele, Mes Ozil.
Here's the best formation by Jose Mourinho:
Chech; Zalett, Carvalho, Terry, Gallas; Molelee, Lambard; Ozil, Ronaldo, Hazard; Drogba.
