In dealing with the possible spread of the coronary epidemic (COVID-19), the Health Ministry has spent 96 thousand euros on medical equipment aimed at protecting health personnel from COVID-19.
This public tender of the Ministry of Health has been used by negotiated procedures without contract notice. The contract was won by the private company “Made Kos”.
The firm is obliged to supply the Ministry of Health with four thousand respiratory masks units with valves, reports Insander.
The price the ministry will pay for a unit of this type of masks is 8.50 euros. Masks, under contract published on e-procureThey're made in China.

In addition, the contract envisions the supply of the Health Ministry with nearly 100,000 nitric gloves.
About 6 thousand other equipment units, purchased by the ministry, are also involved in the contractual agreement between the ministry and the company “Made Kos”.
The financial means for this tender are shared by the Kosovo government on February 28th of this year.
The government had allocated 400 thousand euros to financial resources for the protection supply of health professionals and other means needed for preparation for the possible emergency situation with the “Cronavirus” epidemic. David-19.
