Macedonia-Kosovo, Sahiti: Boys will give you the best in the field

Kosovo's football national will play one of the most important matches in history -- the one within the play-off semifinal in the League of Nations against Macedonia.

That is what National of Kosovo aider Muharrem Sahiti, who in an interview for KosovoPress, initially spoke of preparations the national staff has made so far.

Sahiti declared that Kosovo is ready for confronting Macedonia, while preparations for this match have started since the last game, which “ardians” have held towards England.

The closer the time of the match, the more we have commitments about preparing the national. In fact, preparations have started from the last match of qualifications we had with England and from that moment on have started preparations, because given the importance of this match, so we're tracking not only our players but also the opponent in their form, in their performance so that until now the work is going well. We all know that the form of <x0dardans” is not right, but according to Sahit, the important thing is that footballers are having the right minutes in their teams, so their shape is growing.

We always depend on players at clubs. It may be that because they haven't scored some players, that we're constantly used to seeing them score or assist, but what's the most important is that they're having minutes and their physical shape is extremely good, it's the same thing now that not the realisation of goals affects other factors, however we're happy to this moment for their” performance, Sahiti said.

Given that Macedonia is an extremely strong opponent for Kosovo, Sahiti indicated, among other things, that along with national staff they have analysed every detail of the opponent so that Kosovo is better prepared both physically and emotionally for this important match.

It's a team that shouldn't be humiliated. We have players playing in extremely organized clubs and they're having minutes, especially the main players, but I'm guessing it's not going to be a match that only puts other factors in place, so I can say that the motivation factor can do even more. Good of that is that we have a national who in social terms are very united, are very close players”, he added.

As far as a possible forecast for this match is concerned, Kosovo's assistant said it is difficult for such a thing, given the current form of both nationals.

It's hard to predict, but anyway we'll prepare the game to win. I said that other factors can also influence, what's important is that we've come to this moment that the dream we have and still is possible, and I'm hoping that these guys on March 26th will do everything to achieve positive results”, Sahiti concluded.

The Macedonian match -- Kosovo -- takes place on March 26th, starting at 20:45, at the City Stadium in Skopje, while the winner of this match will play in the finals with the winner of the next Georgia Eurorus match.
