The declaration of the decree by the government of Prime Minister Ctete to control the Coronavirus by placing “the <x0karanti” 15 provinces north of Italy seem to have caused more panic in residents of these areas.
Thousands of people with briefcases have turned to train stations in Milan before completely blocking their exit from the area assigned to the decree.
A popular anger has erupted on the network after published online images where people appear in haste to leave northern Italy. People accuse the government of inability after the main provisions of the decree were made public in many media before it was approved. Many of them with profound irony write that the virus can no longer be controlled and that it has spread throughout Italy.
An immediate appeal has come from Emilia Romagna's governor, who has called on citizens to stop traveling and return to their homes after they risk worsening the situation.
