According to the indictment, on February 6, 2020, at the local law school of the Nation's Witnesses, in the village of Livoq the Low, the Dijlan municipality, the defendant J.E., as a teacher, has misused office and official authorisations, so that while he was carrying the class clock, he first asks the minor F.B., why he had no hair, then he wants him to take a chair and in the presence of other students cut his hair, where, after the minor response, he had begun to offend him.
The whole event was recorded by a class student who then distributed the video through social networks, while the prosecution after the publication of this video has under official office begun investigations into this criminal case.
