Today the Law on Qualified Labor Force has been enacted in Germany, which regulates in detail the arrival of workers to this state by countries outside the European Union.
German Ambassador to Kosovo Christian Heldt, via a video on “Facebook” said details about this law.
The migration Law in Germany will take effect on March 1, 2020. In this case, it is not new quotas for work permits for employees from the Western Balkans, but for a rule that is relevant worldwide”, Heldti has said.
He has said Germany needs qualified workforce. This is a rule for qualified workforce, which can organise migration to Germany under this new legal rule. But qualified labor force means having professional qualifications in any sector, which should be recognised in Germany before a visa request can be submitted”.
In all of this, the priority for us is that this is related to the idea of circuit migration, which means that new qualifications taken in Germany can later be transferred to professional life in Kosovo to further develop the economy here. Even at this point Germany here in Kosovo has a wide range of instruments to help professional life in the country”, Ambassador Heldt has said.
