The number of cases of violence has increased by 32 percent per week, State Secretary for Gender Equality Marlène Schippa has said.
France plans to present an urgent system of warning in stores but also online to all victims of this type of abuse.
So far in France, 45,170 infected and 3,030 deaths have been reported as a result of the Coronavirus disease.
