British journalist and the connoisseur of developments in the Balkans, Tim Judah, said that “was very happy that the American president's emissary in Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Richard Green, has said my claim that the US would like to move quickly towards a big deal [Kosovo-Serbia]” was wrong. He says Thaci and Vuciq are hiding all details of bilateral talks from the public because they do not have agreements. For Thaci, the problem is he can't implement anything... Albin Kurti is now competent”.
British journalist and development connoisseur in the Balkans, Tim Judah during the week, through a post on the social network Tateter has said Richard Green and President Donald Trump's people want to move quickly into a big deal between Kosovo and Serbia.
But, to that statement, President Trump's emissary has reacted to the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Richard Green, saying Judah is making things up.
Judah, in a statement to the Serbian newspaper Danas, has said today that what he said was true.
And if I hadn't been right, could she have tried me in Trump's style! If what I said were not true, he would never react. Americans are angry that this information was published and, I doubt, because the deal will not be reached”, Judah said, sends the telegram.
Let's remember that after the recent meeting between the presidents of Serbia and Kosovo, Aleksandar Vuciq and Hashim Thaci, held in the presence of Ambassador Greenell, Judah wrote at Titter that Vuciq and Thaci talked in Washington about exchanging territories without Serbia's obligation to recognise Kosovo, but that Serbia would no longer prevent Kosovo's membership in the United Nations.
Asked to comment on statements by Serbian President Vucic, who after returning from the US, said that “ka many false news, that a plan has been made to solve the Kosovo issue”, Judah said it is not a matter of false news when it comes to serious analysts and journalists.
The telling of false news is just one way to prove that they are stained and silent, especially when they are traces of anything. True journalists have no motive in spreading false news, otherwise they would not be real journalists. When Vuciq said that I am happy only when something bad happens to Serbs, he made a serious mistake. The last article I've written about The Economist has to do with the excellent technology sector in Serbia, which is evangelising (and the potential to flourish lithium production) and how wonderful Serbs are. I'm sure Miss Brnabiq told her that article! I wish everyone in the Western Balkans every good, and when I see an opportunity to write for them, I do this”, Judah said.
He says Thaci and Vuciq are hiding all details of bilateral talks from the public because they do not have agreements.
There are no agreements on specific issues, including the Serb Communist Community. For Thaci, the problem is that he cannot implement anything. Americans continue to claim he [Thaci] is still competent, but he is not. Albin Kurti is now competent. For Vucinciqi, much of what is said can be used against him in elections, so it would be better if he avoided [the public]. For example, the main part of the discussion is recognition and the idea that they are considering exists is that Serbia will not recognise Kosovo, but it will neither hinder it on its way to becoming a member of the UN, which is somehow a kind of recognition. If Serbia did not oppose this membership, then there is a theory that Russia would no longer be a Serbian entity than Serbia. But understand why he (Vuchic) does not want this to be used against him”, the British analyst said.
Judah said there is no information if June is the deadline for the Kosovo-Serbia agreement, as claimed by some Kosovo media.
