Kosovo has met all criteria for its citizens to move visa-free to EU countries, but remains in the discretion of EU member states to decide whether liberalisation will occur.
So has stated in the interview for news.net, European Union High Representative to Kosovo Natalia Apostolova.
Apostolova for news.net has indicated that the European Commission and Parliament have found that Kosovo has filled all conditions but remains in the decision of EU member states on what will happen on this subject.
It has ordered Kosovo authorities to lobby in order to convince EU member states as soon as visa liberalisation occurs.
