Two options were offered for this question, that of LDK's Agim Veliu, who served as minister of Internal Affairs and that of Albin Kurti, who served as prime minister.
For about three hours, the surveys answered about 7 thousand and 300 citizens who were divided into their opinions.
55 percent of these voters, or 4 thousand of them, blamed Mr. Agim Veliu, meanwhile, 45 percent or 3 thousand and 300 voters blamed Albin Kurti.
