Vetevendosje Movement MP Salih Zyba has called for the dismissal of Kosovo Police Inspectorate Chief Executive Chief Miradije Kelmendi.
VV deputy Sali Zyba has cited the report of the KSF's Parliamentary Commission for Internal Affairs, Security and Supervisory from the previous legislature, which had recommended that the IPK chief chief be dismissed.
“In the past legislature, the working Group of the Parliamentary Commission, drafted and approved recommendations on overseeing the law's implementation of the Kosovo Police Inspectorate. The report contains a long list of IPK violations and irregularities. Concretically, violations and responsibilities of IPK Chief Executive Chief” are presented, said in a FacebookZe post.
One of the recommendations in the commission report also explained why Kelmendi had to be downloaded.
“due to the integrity dispute of the current IPK chief, as a suspect in exercising influence on the IPK inspectors' competition, as well as because of mismanagement of duties and responsibilities, by engaging in non-profession to IPK officials, following the serious damage to official activity, efficiency, independence, impartiality and credibility of IPK, and because of all of its multiple legal violations, even during its management as the UD chief and chief of the IPPK, and the same downloading procedures for the new IPPPPPPD, he has written for the new chief of the competition, he has been able to do so.

POLICE POLICE WRITER IN DIRECTION IPK
In the past legislature, the working Group of the Parliamentary Commission drafted and approved recommendations on the supervision of the Kosovo Police Inspectorate Law. The report contains a long list of IPK violations and irregularities. Concretically, violations and responsibilities of the IPK Chief Executive. Based on these findings and violations, the KSF's Internal Affairs, Security and Supervisory Commission, on April 5, 2019, decided on approval of the Reference Report, where no. 16, had approved its dismissal with the argument that “because of the integrity dispute of the current IPK chief, as a suspect in exercising influence in the IPK inspectors' competition, as well as because of mismanagement of duties and responsibilities, by engaging in non-profession to IPK officials, with the consequence of seriously damaging officials' activities, efficiency, independence, impartiality and credibility of the IPK, as well as because of all the violations found on numerous legal violations, as well as the head of the IPK, the head of office, and the new IPK's launch procedures to launch the new IPPCCC chief.”. The report with the findings was also submitted to the State Prosecutor.
The National Audition Office in the auditing report had listed numerous violations of the law and damage to the institution and public money. The report of the National Audition Office for the Kosovo Police Inspectorate, among other things, claims, “The IPK Executive Chief must ensure that any contract is signed after all required procedures are implemented in the LPP and complementary regulations. On the contrary, the National Audition Office had found that in the signed contract “maintenance and the operation of IPK's vehicles” at the value of 59,885 euros, the economic operator had offered non-normally low prices for several articles, such as the winning price for “Alterator<84> for the Hyundai car is 1.25 euros, while the offer of the second bidder for this article was 70 euros. Also for the postemortizer article (for Hyundai, Nissan, Golf IV) was 1,25 euros. There were also many other articles at unusual low prices, such as: ABS control system 1, 25, gap 1, 19 euros” and so on.
Given these serious violations, as well as numerous findings for the actions of illegal EC IPK decisions, as by K. Parliamentary, both from the National Auditing Office and by implementing the Report and decision of the KSF's Internal Affairs, Security and Supervisory Commission, I ask the Government of the Republic of Kosovo to take action to implement the decision to dismiss the IPK Executive Chief. The Kosovo Police Inspectorate is an important institution in the Corps of state security institutions and rule of law, and as such this institution should return the mandate of its responsibilities by testifying to the example of law enforcement and regulations.
