I tried to vote: This is the mighty man who feared Agim Veliu and fled to Kurti.

Agim Veliu has resigned from the post of first in the Podujevo municipality, agreeing to become minister of Internal Affairs at the Kurti Government. This leads the Podujevo towards extraordinary elections and towards an uncertainty about the old LDK raid that is threatened by Vetevendosje. In the first round of local elections [...]
In the first round of the 2017 local elections, Agim Veliu had received 18 thousand and 872 votes, or 48.15 percent, to take first place in the election.
In the second round he faced Mr. The following Pottera from the Vetevendosje Movement, which had received 11 thousand and 6671 votes, or 29,77 percent, writes Periscope.
But in the second round, or as popularly known “runoff”, Veliu gained a full victory by getting 20 thousand and 27 votes, or 63.78 per cent along with 11,000 and 373 votes [dmth losing another 300 votes] or 36.22 per cent.
The question everyone actually has in mind is who Mr. Veliu as the LDK candidate for mayor of the Podujevo municipality.

Taking into account votes for municipal advisers, his name is quite clear: Fatmir Gashi. Mr. Gashi had won 15 thousand and 302 votes in the recent local elections, being the most voted assist in Podujevo, and one of the most voted in Kosovo with such a vote.
This election result as an asamblist from Gashi that would later be elected head of the Municipal Assembly, perhaps fearing Mr. Veliu, who may have left the country to become the chairman of Podujevo.
Whether Vetevendosje will compete in municipal elections in Podujevo, which is expected to be announced soon by the Central Election Commission. /Periscope
