Rowan Baxter had committed suicide by committing the murder of his family until these scenes terrified Australia.
Jans Hattebaur scored for 1:0 to the Spaniards in the 16th minute, concreteising a super action of Atalanta.
His children, Laianah, Aaliyah and Trey, were in the car when the scene of the assassination was performed until the former street star decided to end his life.
Australian media report that his wife Hannah had managed to escape fire from the car, but she has changed her life in the hospital.
The whole event took place at 20:20 in Brisbane, Australia, while police confirmed the deaths of three children at the scene, along with Baxter.
Detective Mark Thompson later confirmed that the former player's wife had died in the hospital, all of which was seen by their relatives.
According to witnesses, Baxter had set the car on fire and then walked into it to burn alive along with his family.
Ex-star of The NRL reportedly had filled his car with fuel and planned the entire crime scene, but the motives have not yet been disclosed and the event is being investigated by local authorities.
