Mysterious underwear appears to be caused by the characteristics of its sussupon that scientists have fascinated since they were identified through the Nazi New Horizons mission.
Before the New Horizons mission, everyone had thought Pluton would be nothing completely flat, and without diversity,” said Tangay Bertrand, astrophysicist and planetary scientist in Nasa, translate Periscopi from Independent.
But it turned out completely different. There are many different landscapes, and we're trying to figure out what's going on there. ”
The new study helps to lighten the processes that have led to these different landscapes and show how Pluto became such an interesting world.
These strange characteristics appear to have been formed because of nitrogen in Pluton's heart, the study suggests. It also demonstrates the similarities between Pluton and Earth, and so do the differences between them because they have billions of light years away from each other.
Nitrogen gas is found everywhere in the earth's air, but it makes up most of Pluton's thick atmosphere. The rest includes traces of carbon monoxide and methane.
