Scientists Reveal Which Years of Life Are Best

The best time for marriage is about 30 years old, those who want children should deal with it before the age of 32, financial decisions are made best by the age of 50, and the best year to use mobile phone is 12 years old, show numerous studies.
Jay Olshansky, professor at the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Public Health, is exploring how to slow down the aging process by examining various factors, such as life expectancy genetics, writes The Wall Street Journal Online.
If there is a pill that can stop biological aging, at which point should it be taken?”, Olsanski says.
Researchers like Olshansky seek to understand the mystery of life expectancy and institutions that are valued best for years and why. They measure levels of fear and stress at different periods of life, as well as levels of satisfaction at certain ages.
One study found that the best years for marriage are 28-32, and if you want children, it's better, according to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, to start before age 32.
Sex is also important, and men rank 47 as the best year and women at 53.
University of Southern California psychology professor Arthur Stone says that the research he did with colleagues at other universities has shown that the 70s is good for the enjoyment of life, unlike the years between 20 and 50 when they worry about money, jobs, children.
Fear and stress begin to decline around the age of 50. Stone says he often asked people at the end of 50 and 60 if they wanted to be in their 30s and, besides one person, nobody wanted to be young again.
I've been fascinated. People don't want it. There was a lot of confusion and it happened at the time, “said Stone.
The founder of a California consulting firm, specialising in age, Ken Duchtwald, says he would like to have a body in its 30s, but not again in the 1930s. I am much wiser at 60 than I was in 40 years old,” said Dichwald, 63 years old.
Older people also have better fun. People between 65 and 74, the experienced, say they have more fun than those in other age groups, according to research done by Age Wave and Merrill Lynch.
The survey, which included nearly 4,000 people aged 25 and older, also showed that those between 35 and 54 had less fun
