If you ask personal finance trainers, something is certain, the unwanted side of the waist cannot be removed by exercise alone.
There is no magic formula to completely eliminate this area. Besides exercise, it takes an intense diet, or nothing works.
Side parts of the waist or as known to “Love hands” are very stubborn and not easily removed.
This is harder for men than in women. One of Hollywood's best trainers, who trains and actors, shows some ways you can lose weight.
Gunnar Peterson says the diet is essential, but it needs to be “created” and exercise like running, springing and whatever other exercise involves cardio.
He also stresses that these exercises must be closed within a short time span in order to have greater effectiveness.
The two best exercises that help remove the side of the waist are “plandes” and “biccle”.
Side plan: You must lie on your sides and lift up your body from the ground, leaning on your forearms. Then you have to make sure that your body stays straight without turning. Hold this position for 30 seconds to one and a half minutes as possible. Then switch sides and repeat this exercise 3-5 times.

Bicycle: Lie back and bend your knees into position 90 degrees. Hands are behind your head. Put your left foot on the ground while with your elbow, grab the right knee that's up. Then repeat this exercise from the opposite direction. It is recommended that you do 15 to 20 foldings and repeat this exercise about 5 times.

These two exercises will help you a lot to increase your metabolism in order to burn more calories.
