Quinn is impressed only by the LDK deputy chairman's position: It's not about the ministry.

The deputy chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Anton Kuni, has reacted after his appointment to the subject today, giving him no details of his nomination as defence minister. He said he is honoured to have this position now, and also glad that the signing of the agreement between the LDK [...] has been reached.
