Media publication of the List with the names of Kosovo Special Unit members who are disabled because of health problems is an open violation of Article 8 Act No. 06/L-082 for the Protection of Personal Data.
“Nini 8 Editing specific personal data categories 1. The right to information should not harm individual privacy. The name recognition of the policemen in question is not public interest, it is sufficient to know the number and that they have left the entity as inappropriate.
This indicates that the Police/Management Administration needs training in implementing Law No. 06/L-082 for the Protection of Personal Data.
