Pallaska has written on Facebook that the publication of copyrighted legal opinion occurred from the prime minister's office, which is on the highest grade of university studies in the history of Kosovo and the region.
The lawyer says that the government probably didn't find any jurist who would have signed what he called a funny cofferman where legal references were thrown like dice on the table.
There are also possibilities that no lawyers have found that sign a ridiculous farm ordered by the chief where legal references have been thrown out as if they were dice on the table. This is exactly the turn that turns our tragedy into” comedy, he says.
