Nexmerdin Spahiu disputes with former Albin Kurti: Kosovo flag not smuggled

The publisher from Mitrovica and the renowned Kosovo nation's applicant, Nedmedin Spahiu, has written again about the Kosovo flag. Mr. Spahiu has declared that state flags at 99.9% of the cases are the result of “political power” and “political willpower”, but without determining the difference between the two. He has stated that in most cases the flag has not been voted in referendum in various states of the world. We remember that once the idea of changing the flag by referendum had promoted the Vetevendosje Movement and Albin Kurti, who, fortunately, have already changed their positions, writes Periscope. Even, with the referendum on popular self-rule, Vetevendosje had demanded that Kosovo's fate be determined, as a separate state or as a united part of Albania.
But how does Mr. Spahiu has forgotten that Vetevendosje has already changed and continued controversy with the former Kurti on the question, saying “Enver Hoxha's political campaign without a referendum put the red-and-black star on the flag almost 50 years.” In fact, the star in question was yellow.

This status has been made on the eve of Kosovo's big independence anniversary festival.
The following is your complete status unread by Mr. Spahiu:
I can't understand how some people never understand that in 99.99% of cases state flags are the result of
a) political power
political will.
In 99.9% of cases the flag is not a referendum vote. Enver Hoxha's political power without a referendum, the red-and-black flag for nearly 50 years. The same ones who today say that Kosovo's flag is smuggling -- that is, the same have respected the star smuggled into the red and black flag for decades. On February 17th 2008, political power and power mechanisms did not have the LDK, so the Darwin flag was not chosen. More or less all the flags in the world are “smuggled”. Rare are those flags (if there are) that are chosen by referendum.
