Mustafa vs. Kurt: The tax to remove, reciprocity not without consulting America

LDK chief Isa Mustafa, in a long Facebook writing, has written about the tax and the measure of reciprocity.

He says the tax can be removed, but it cannot be introduced without consulting America.

Dear citizens,
From the US and the EU, the start of a new process of dialogue for the Final Agreement with Serbia is being sought. And as a condition of that, the urgent removal of the fee for goods coming from Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In the Government Programme harmonised with Vetevendosje Movement, we are oriented for the removal of the fee and implementation of reciprocal measures with Serbia, for which reciprocity modalities and the order of steps are not defined.
In the current situation of realpoliticality, it is of fundamental importance to preserve and cultivate partnership with the United States and assess their leadership role in the process. I am very convinced that only with the US can the Final Agreement be concluded with Serbia. Moreover, when President Trump's special envoy Richard Green said the United States does not foresee exchange of territory. This also made the fee a trivial instrument of preventing territory dialogue.
The EU's role in this process and the high representative's role, Mr. Borell. As long as it should be assessed the fair expectation of Kosovo's citizens for them to be treated by the EU as European citizens and that the shackles of free movement through visa liberalisation will be removed as a result of this process. The EU and the designated states must lift prejudices against Kosovo, because isolation is an EU extreme fee towards Kosovo citizens.
Currently, it is clear that the dialogue process is giving special dynamics and powers to the United States in Ambassador Green's powerful personality.
Kosovo, for my obedience, needs to use this situation to wrap up dialogue with Serbia. The US have been leaders of Kosovo's independence. The US can be effective leaders of meeting the problems we have with Serbia and a policy of Kosovo's economic revival.
In February, no tariffs and no reciprocity is measured with the weight of partnership, especially with the US but with the EU
For these reasons, I appreciate that:
Kosovo should lift the fee, in trust with the US and the EU;
Kosovo should recognise our partners for all economic, trade and political barriers, which in the ongoing period should remove Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, so that mutual barriers are zero;
EU countries would have to remove Kosovo citizens' “isolation rate”
If Serbia, by the time we co-ordinate with our partners, does not avoid obstacles, then Kosovo should activate reciprocity measures.
The result we need to aim for is mutual recognition, which eventually solves the problems of economic and trade co-operation with Serbia and creates a secure and positive environment for foreign investment, employment and economic prosperity.
I think it helps us to co-operate closely with the VV, as coalition partners, and to take common responsibilities to manage this process by becoming the governing solution at the right time.
The opposition has always demanded a strong role of the US and EU efficiency. There is one on the horizon.
