Maliqi: Thaci's Kurt together, Green will now deal with Kosovo even more

Maliqi is saying that Green's new appointment is only a push to finalise the Kosovo- Serbia and to name it a personal project.

This approach to extreme hesitation (from Kurti) and excessive protagonism (from Thaci) can be mischaining.
