The couple enjoyed a weekend in Miami, where paparazzi were photographed kissing and first seen together for New Year's Eve in Las Vegas.

Popansky is a Harvard graduate and founder of the Parker Foundation, which supports philanthropic actions in science, public health, civic and arts associations.

She is also on the board of the Institute for Immmor therapy, which provides financial support for research into cancer treatments.

This is Gaga's first connection since the separation with Christian Carey in February of last year.
