Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has reacted to today's indictment of former KLA fighter Qerim Kelmendi's murder.
Through Facebook, Kurt said that in peacetime no one should live with a sense of fear, as he invited the police and the Prosecutor to investigate this murder, which he calls more than a crime, follows Periscope.
