Kurti downloads public enterprise boards in the capital, forgets VV's Haskuca indictees

The two VV directors with charges of abuse of office or official authority continue to work peacefully in Prizren's municipality.

As the sweep of boards continues in public companies, Kurti deliberately forgot Prizren and his party's failures and abuses there.

Walk differently, the NGO where he had worked and led VV deputy Hajrullah Ceku remembers that: The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, dated December 3rd 2019, has announced that he has filed an indictment against three municipal directors and two others because of alleged co-ordination of criminal work “The use of official position or authority” by Article 422, paragraph 1 related to paragraph 2, points 2.6 concerning the 31th article in the Republic of Kosovo.

On December 20th, 2019, the Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren has announced that he has filed charges against a director and five other municipal officials, due to the suspicion that, in co-ordination, they have carried out the criminal work “The use of official position or authority” by Article 1414 paragraph 2-1 concerning Article 31 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK).

EC Make it different yesterday repeated the request to the mayor of Prizren, Mr. Mythaher Haskuka for taking concrete action in firing his subordinates suspected of breaking the law. The EC remembers that Mr. Haskuka was in setting standards for such cases and preserving institutional credibility.

So neither Albin Kurti is avoiding the practice of revenge for those who are not with him and protecting those who are with him. / Metro/
