Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said that Kosovo will lift the 100 per cent tax on Serbian goods, replacing it with reciprocity.
At a joint conference with the chief of the EU office in Kosovo, Natalia Apostolova, Kurti said that both the co-government parties, including Parliament Speaker Vjosa Osmani, have agreed to reciprocity with Serbia.
“We don't put Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina in the same sentence ever, even for historical causes, even for actual reasons. We consider that we are here where you are like the new Government and because of our pledge that with Serbia we will have political, economic and trade reciprocity as the replacement for the 100 per cent fee. So we do not say that we will express ourselves in asymmetric relations with Serbia, rather we will advance by transforming our subjectivity into issues of integrity and dignity. Both LDK and LV and Mrs. Osmani, even over 60 per cent of the votes in Kosovo among Albanians, have been practically with the reciprocity principle”, Kurti said.
