Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspore of the Republic of Kosovo Glauk Konjufca has comforted Turkish Foreign Affairs Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, and the Turkish people, about the death of 9 people and the hurt of more than 70 others, following the 5.7-degree quake of the country, which hit the southeast.
Konjufca has said he is following news of the consequences of the earthquake in Turkey with concern.
On my behalf as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora of the Republic of Kosovo, and on behalf of the citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, I express my sincere condolences to the earthquake victims in Turkey. All citizens of Kosovo share the pain and solidify with Turkey's citizens in these difficult moments. We pray for victims and their families”, says Konjufca's consolation telegram.
In this case, the foreign minister has said that the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo, in case needed, are willing to offer their operational assistance to come to the aid of the Turkish government, to overcome this serious situation created by the devastating earthquake.
