The new family crisis at the Windsor royal castle, after giving up royal duties from Prince Harry and his wife, Meghan Markle.

Peter Phillips, queen Elizabeth II's eldest grandson, has announced divorce from his wife, Atum, after 12 years of marriage.

In a joint statement issued today by the couple, the decision was reportedly made in the best interest of two children -- Savannah, 9, and Isla, 7, clearly in a “friendly context”.

He confirms that the decision has agreed with the full support of both families.

Peter Phillips has given up his time bid for the title”cont” for himself and his children, but he still represents the royal family and has close relations with the queen grandmother.
