Exclusive: FFK violates regulation, Dukaagjini match (Dukagni) Balkans had to be postponed

The quarterfinal match of the Kosovo Cup between Dukagjini and the Balkans has begun.

However, this fight had to be postponed according to NFF regulations, writes Indexline.

Article 15 says that the fights are necessarily postponed when it's a day of mourning and because of the major power (the temperature, fire, flood etc.), and when there's a shortage of delegated personnel, the same will take place tomorrow at the same place and at the same time.

Today, however, it is a mourning day because of the death of the Albanian song icon, Nexmije Paganusha. /Indesksonline/
