City found guilty by U The EFA for the false inflatment of financial income by sponsors, when they made concessions to the rules of the financial fair play.
This verdict came after an investigation that began following e-mail publications stemming from the German warehouse Der Spiegel in November 2018.
From the running e-mails, it seemed that owner Sheikh Mansour himself was funding agreements for sponsorship of fans, stadium and academy through his country's air company, Etihad.
This allowed himself to be able to transfer as many players as possible. City has denied the wrong-doing so far and it is not known what I will do after that decision.
A large part of its best players, along with coach Guardiola, may decide to leave in the summer of this year. /Periscopi
