A group of candidates who were penalised by Minister Haxhiu's decision to cancel the Noceria Test have met and agreed on further actions.
They have reportedly agreed to follow legal ways and report the central local and international institutions for their discontent.
“Today met a group of swimming candidates who have been affected by the MD's decision to return the selection process to zero point. This group agreed to follow all legal ways to counter the unfair and illegal decision of the Minster Albulen Haxhiu. It was also decided that all central and international institutions with a mission to Kosovo” should be announced for their discontent, the announcement said.
Otherwise, Kosovo Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu cancelled the swimming process held in April last year, on the part of the government at the time led by Ramush Haradinaj.
At a media conference, Haxhiu said the process was not legal, transparent and objective.
For this reason, I, as justice minister, cannot continue a process that has had irregularities and lost confidence. I cannot continue with the process where the majority of candidates who have passed the exam are party militants, members or friends of the Notter Commission members, or members of their families”, she said, adding that this process is already being investigated by the Prosecutor”, she said.
