“Behgjet Pacolli, former Kosovo foreign minister, says he has ready the donation he has promised for the term in Albania, but implementation is being delayed by bureaucratic procedures”, he said.
According to him, Pacolli has sent all meetings held with the Albanian government, but the latter does not have the space project ready for housing construction.

According to Pacolli as soon as the government of Edi Rama opened the green light for the project, it will start building residences for earthquake-affected people in Albania.
“Once the government opens the green light to the project, it will immediately start building residences it has promised. Meanwhile, other business groups that have pledged donations say they have fulfilled them outside the government programme. It means they've personally been given out of the treasure. But the government has declared that I will not recognise any donations outside its” programme, the journalist has said.
